for me pencil eyeliner is so great for create perfect eyes line ..
especiallly for begginer,, it's recommend for who just learn how to make up for try eyeliner pencil first, because easy to use and easy for remove..
but a lot of eyeliner pencil product admit they are waterproof ,, in fact is "NO" (｡＞0＜｡)
when feel so sleepy and got tears out, or play in hot weather and of course u will full of sweat ..
then eyeliner on your eyes will mix well with your sweat and of course you will create panda looks eye .. hahahah γ(▽´ )ﾂヾ( ｀▽)ゞ

finnaly i found great eyeliner for tight line my eyes ..
i always make eyes look using liquid eyeliner, and of course have space line near my lashes ,,
eyeliner pencil is great for tight line and lower line, because the pencil is so smooth and easy to use ..
